Tips for Choosing a Financial Planner:

Tips for Choosing a Financial Planner:

If you’re interested in working with a CFP® , CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional, the most important thing is that you find someone whom you like, trust, and see value in the expertise they can provide to your finances.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions.  A good financial planner will take the time to explain your options to you, share with you the advantages and disadvantages of every option, that way you can make educated decisions for your future.

Trust yourself and listen to your gut when deciding whether or not you should work with a potential financial advisor.  Remember, no matter who you choose, that financial advisor or financial planner works for you, and should always operate in your best interest.  It is important that you select someone who values you as a client and treats you with respect.

As you search for a Financial Advisor or Financial Planner, asking for a referral from someone whom you respect and trust is a great place to start. However, if you still seek a second opinion, we'll be happy to talk to you at no cost or obligation.
